Paul Drayton, 46, was convicted last week for violating Georgia’s Employment Security Law after an investigation by the Department of Labor determined he received unemployment benefits in 2011 and 2012 while he was employed full time, according to Kim Isaza, spokesperson for the Cobb District Attorney’s office."
The suspect displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the employee. The suspect then fled on foot."
Marshall Brown, 31, of North Washington Street in Wilmington, is wanted for first degree robbery, home invasion, burglary and other felony charges, according to Master Cpl. Gary E. Fournier."
Turner, 30, of Battle Creek, was charged as an habitual offender, with convictions in Calhoun County for possession of heroin and possession of marijuana going back to 2003. That makes the seven-year offense punishable by up to life in prison. His bond was set at $500,000."
